Biography:
Adam Havner is the Staff Engineer for Otech Engineering, Inc. As Staff Engineer, he is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the wind tunnel laboratories, development of new test procedures and methods, and maintains the traceability of the facility.
Adam received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California, Davis in 2008. Adam started as a Lab Worker at Otech in 2007 where he was introduced to the concepts of anemometer testing in wind tunnels and performed many tests with our most widely calibrated cup anemometer, the NRG #40. He later advanced to Lab Technician before the completion of his degree. In July 2008, he was promoted to the position of Lab Manager.
